I’ve just returned from my second holiday of the year, this time from beautiful Italy, and I already know that in a couple of weeks I’ll be packing my bags again and heading off to another destination. I was sitting on the beach, enjoying the sun and the sound of the sea, when I spontaneously bought the tickets for my next trip. Why? Because I understood how essential relaxation and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life is for me. I need to do my best between holidays, and in order to do that, I need to recharge during these breaks.

Today I want to share a situation I experienced at the airport. After a lovely holiday by the sea, I found myself at the airport in Paris with a few hours to spare before my flight. I had three books with me, and one of them was a book called Primal Leadership: Realizing the Power of Emotional Intelligence.
